Kinect Disneyland Adventures Game
For Christmas Ryan got the Kinect Disneyland Adventures Game (from Costco).  It took him a while to get used to the movements of Kinect but he now does great and it's a good way for him to improve his motor skills.  As himself, Ryan gets to travel all over the park and interact with characters.  He gets to go on rides too!  Never having been to Disneyland, only having been to Disney a dozen times or so, it's very similar and I don't think Ryan realizes it's not Disney World.  If you would like to introduce your child to the park, improve their motor skills, and just have a good time, then buy Disneyland Adventures Game for Kinect.

Max & Erma's
This past week Travis and I had a date day while I was off for spring break.  Date day consisted of running lots of errands and lunch.  We chose Max & Erma's in Monroeville.  We were surprised upon arrival Wednesday of the busy parking lot.  We were seated promptly.  We ordered water and Travis wanted the soft pretzel sticks with queso appetizer.  He really enjoyed it.  I'm not a huge pretzel fan.  They were fine but nothing to write home about in my opinion.  I ordered the Tortilla Soup to start and the Tomato Mozzarella Chicken Sandwich.  The soup took a while but when it came out it was nice and hot and delicious.  It was served with a generous portion of tortilla strips which gave it a tasty crunch.  I really enjoyed this soup.  The sandwich was also really good and was served with a baby green salad instead of fries.  The salad had a nice light dressing which was refreshing.  Travis ordered the Stacked-To-The-Max-Club which came with a side cesar salad and he got an order of fries.  He thought the club was just eh and was nothing special.  The dressing on the salad was runny and he did not enjoy it.  The fries were very good.

Since it was Wednesday we each got 2 free freshly baked chocolate chip cookies with our meal.  We shared one and took the others home.  They were excellent cookies!

We had a nice lunch and would probably return again to Max & Erma's but perhaps Travis would order something different next time.
