Sign Language

I will say that Travis and I tried to teach Ry sign language when he was a baby/early toddler. He did fairly well with a hanful of simple signs. Well Ry's preschool is adjacent to the Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf. They do a lot of cooperative programs. Now that Ry is in the preschool room he will be paired up with a buddy from the school. They will meet weekly and do various activities. He is very excited and is hoping his buddy is a boy.

Today I got a list of Ry's specials for each day.

Monday- Music Class
Tuesday- Library
Wednesday- Sign Language
Thursday- Stretch n Grow
Friday- Dance Class

They bring in teachers for each of the classes. His favorite right now is Music Class with Ms. Nevada.

He loves to teach us.
